How do you release that pressure?
You need to feel it so you might if you can feel the pressure and then feel yourself easing off.
Leaning back ever so slightly if it helps physically lean back so that you have that you can feel the movement of the energy in your body so that you can feel the movement in your body and you can feel the sensation from more pressure to less pressure.
Similarly, you could visualise a dial of pressure and if you can imagine cranking the pressure up and what that feels like you can also imagine cranking the pressure down and what that feels like.
as your breathing more slowly, ask yourself:
what would take the pressure off?
what would feel like less pressure?
trust the answers that come up to you. trust your intuition. It’s not necessarily going to feel logical but if it feels embodied, that’s a sign that you’re in the right direction.
