I gather personal information to enable me to provide a professional coaching service to my clients, and to enable me to keep in contact and maintain records. The information I process may include personal details.

Video & Audio Recordings

As part of my service (and for my own training purposes) I record our video coaching calls. The recordings are held on my computer, then uploaded to a password protected page on my website, so that you can access this recording and download it for your own purposes.

What I do with your information

What you say in coaching is confidential. No information will be passed to third parties without your express permission. The only exceptions are: a) If I was seriously concerned for your safety, or that of another person. I would always seek to discuss it with you in the first instance; b) If I was required by law to do so; c) I am required to log all my client hours, including name and email address, as part of my professional accreditation and accountability with the International Coach Federation, which also treats them as confidential and subject to GDPR.

Anonymised examples

Very occasionally I may draw on examples from coaching sessions for use in my own content. In such instances I disguise any identifying details to ensure complete privacy, or seek the explicit permission of the client. I’m happy to discuss this further if you would like more information.

Occasionally I will ask clients for a testimonial to be used in public material, including on my website and social media. In such cases I will always ask express permission from the client for use of the testimonial, as well as their name, and links to their social media profile, or website url.
